Hairstyle for halter wedding gown?

I am wearing a halter gown from the new alfred angelo styles. Should I wear my hair half up or a total updo. If so, how should I do it. I am petite, if that makes a difference.

Hairstyle for halter wedding gown?

i think u should go with an updo with some of ur hair hanging down.

that way itll show of ur neck line and also.

i find that halters go good with a good updo

Hairstyle for halter wedding gown?

wear it up in curls with like a few curls hanging down.. and would be really cute with like a little flower in your hair

Hairstyle for halter wedding gown?

You should do your hair in a manner that makes you feel wonderful while wearing it. If it's going to be hot outside, perhaps an updo is in order. Cool breezes? Half updo.

Ultimately, it's all up to you.

Practice wearing different hairdos in the upcoming weeks. Wear a halter top. See how you feel. Listen to comments if there are any. Then decide for yourself.

An updo with strands of hair hanging down curled or otherwise looks quite feminine.

It works too, in that as the day wears on, so does the do.

Congrats. And Good luck.

I would do a total up do. Maybe a nice bun.

Where is an affordable place to get your hair done in Oakbrook, IL?

I'm attending a wedding Oakbrook, IL in July and I want to get my hair done for it. I've heard Mario Tricoci is good but I think it may be out of my price range. I just want someone to put it up or style it for me.

Thanks!

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

Tommorow is my aunts wedding, and its going to be at a place near the beach. Im styling my hair in beachy fun waves :D

Only problem with this: Im gonna be out from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN I MAKE MY WAVES HOLD THAT LONG?!

I use BedHead mouisture maniac.

Then take a Got2be heat protectant.

Let it air dry.

Create my beachy waves.

Spray with Pantene hairspray.

Spray a Jonh Fredia misting gloss.

By doing this my hair is shiney and soft and not hard or crunchy :] and I wanna keep it that way.. but I still want it to hold.

Should I use Granier Fructis curl mousse? When should I use it? How should I use it? Will it make my hair gross?

HELP PLEASE! :DDD

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

Disclaimer: This isn't technically going to answer your question.

The best thing you can do to make your hair beautiful is to smile your biggest genuine smile to lots of people.

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

use the mousse if u do it rite u shouldnt have crunchy hair

ps congrats to ur aunt

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

do what your going to do to get it the way you want it then take a mirror with you and when you need it spray with hair spray.believe me you wont be the only one with hair problems.

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

you just got to spray a lot, refresh it up several times through the day, maybe throw in the mousse if its really getting bad out there, after you have to watch that wind, its really strong

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

a stronger hold hairspray and mousse should do it.

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

I think you should use the mousse... or just use a little bit of hairspray in the places you want to make sure are held. But don't use too much or you'll get that crunchy hard thing going on and you're hair'll look stiff. to tame fly-aways, put hairspray on a toothbrush you aren't using, and just brush them into place before the reception or after party... it works wonderfully!

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

I own many products by Garnier Fructis because i think they are amazing. However, it will make your hair look hard and crunchy. I think it would be best for you to bring a little bottle of the pantene hairspray with you to maintain your look. Or you can even bring something to put your hair up if the waves "fall out."

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

bring mousse along

braid your hair before

make your hair wavier then you want it

because it will fall and settle as the day goes on to the way you like it

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

These are the materials you need: Fruitices ultra curl spray gel, water, blowdryer, and shampoo, conditioner.

Get in the shower and shampoo and condition your hair. When you get out, get the blowdryer and plug it in. Grag your hair with one and and blowdry that clump of hair at the same time 'till every thing is curled. Take the spray gel and spray it in your hair. Scrunch it w/your hands after. Let it dry, and tada!, your hair is curled!!!

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

umm i think you should use the granier fructis curl mousse and then buy a a hair spray and take it with you and put it on is between hours so it would stay

hope your hair comes out looking good

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

keep ur hairspray nearby lol

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

Okay well.

Put sea salt in a spray bottle filled with water, and spray your hair once your doen styling it. It'll look natural.

Make sure you use hairspray.

:) If I want kinda beachy hair, I do that xD

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

JUST USE MOUSSE AND HAIR SPRAY JUST DO IT RIGHT TRUST ME IT WOULD WORK

HELP ME WITH MY HAIR NOW!!! please[:?

use a curling thing to your hair wavy and it will stay in

My fiancee and i are getting married in october.?

I want to invite my parents and family eventhough i know my parents dont like my fiancee. Also i want to know how i can style my hair for the wedding? I have butt length hair which is very long for a guy. How can i do this before the wedding. I prefer wearing womens high heel sandals to my wedding. What is good wedding attire for a guy and that will go with high heel sandals and my colored pedicured toenails and long polished fingernails?

My fiancee and i are getting married in october.?

If you re sincere about this then I would recommend wearing your hair in a neat ponytail at the nape of your neck and as far as the sandals, I don't know how formal the wedding is but it sounds like a summery becah style wedding so you should wear linen or cotton pants and a button down shirt preferably short sleeve but long sleeve will work as long as it is cotton or linen as the pants...something like this http://www.philipsawyer.com/ and pants like http://www.jamsworld.com/jamsworld/produ...

My fiancee and i are getting married in october.?

Cut your hair.

My fiancee and i are getting married in october.?

My fiancee and i are getting married in october.?

Attending an Indian Wedding as a non-Indian guest?

I am attending a tradtional Indian wedding very soon. (in Australia)

HOWEVER! It is a cross cultural affair - the bride is Jewish Anglo-Saxon and the groom is Fijian Indian. They have had a tradtional "white wedding" to celebrate the bride's heritage and now they are having a traditional Indian wedding to celebrate the groom's.

We have been asked to dress in Saris/Sarees; what should I look for that will suit me as a tall, fair (ie white) skinned, blonde female that will suit me but keep to all the traditions of an Indian wedding in style, colour etc?

Also, what about hair, jewellery, shoes etc?

I understand that red is the traditional colour for the bride, but is it also appropriate for guests to wear as well or is it considered a big no-no to wear the same colour like it is in more Christian ceremonies?

Help?!

Attending an Indian Wedding as a non-Indian guest?

i m a Indian.

why don't u leave ur hair open. wear some silver jewelery

and a suit( salwar kameez- indian name) wear some high heels and some artificial gold bangles.

good luck

Not that I'm bitter or anything, I understand paggi gave the only helpful answer.

But if we were answering for points, wouldn't we just make an answer like "I don't know." or "...." Instead of actually answering?

Just because she was more helpful doesn't mean the rest of us weren't trying! Report It

Ask your friend. She'll help you. No offense to anyone here, but you are virtual. It's much better to ask someone you KNOW you can trust.

I'm sorry I'm not much help.

:(

Good luck! And remember to care more about what you think about yourself than about what others think about you.

Wedding hairstyle help please.?

Im going to a wedding later this month - where I am just a guest. Becuase its my sisters wedding, Im wearing something a bit fancy though, im wearing a basqued dress with a black skirt and it kinda flounts out a little with a little net underneith (if you get my drift!!)

I have highlighted hair just below my shoulders and im trying to find a hairstyle which would be best. I have a skin condition at the top of my neck so its not great for me to have it all stook up! but equally having it down wouldn tbe good in case it rains.

Going to a wedding- need a good hairstyle! Ideas?

I'm attending a wedding Saturday that I want to look really nice for because I'll be seeing a lot of people for the first time in years and want to impress :) I have mid-back length hair, curly but easy to work with. I want something that's not too tight and leaves a little loose, and that I can do myself (I thought about going to a professional, but I'm going to be out of town and so can't be sure what shop would be quality and reasonably priced and ran out of time to research!)

If it matters, my dress is halter style, knee length. Any ideas are welcome! Thanks!

Going to a wedding- need a good hairstyle! Ideas?

You have beautiful curls already, so half your battle is won!

Pin up each side just above the ear with a colour clip the same as your hair colour and let the curls tumble down.

This has the effect of looking well groomed and feeling comfortable and reveals any pretty earings you would like to wear to match your outfit.

Going to a wedding- need a good hairstyle! Ideas?

put it up in a loose messy bun with curls slightly falling out in the front. make it elegant and make sure it doesnt get frizzy.

Going to a wedding- need a good hairstyle! Ideas?

Go for a style that suits your face shape

Oval - can pull off almost any look -- short, long, straight or wavy. No matter the length of your cut, you'll look best with layers near your cheekbones, lips or chin -- basically whatever feature you want to highlight.

Long - go for bobs

Round - Try cuts that fall just below the chin. Soft, graduated layers are a great bet because they make your face appear slimmer and tend to remove bulk and weight from the sides. Consider wispy and tapered ends. These de-emphasize the roundness of your face. Bangs are flattering, but keep them long or sideswept.

Square - If you have a square face, you'll want to play down your strong, angular jaw. Texture, in the form of curls or choppy ends, do this brilliantly. You can also get away with short, spiky cuts and long, sleek styles with layers that start at the jawline and continue downward.

Heart - Your pointy chin tends to be the focal point of your face. Draw attention to your eyes and cheekbones instead with sideswept bangs, brow-grazing fringe, a strong part and hair that falls at or below your jawline. Have short hair? Keep top layers soft and long. Long hair? Go for long layers that graze your cheekbones.

I like the idea of wearing it up, with loose curls around your face and shoulders. Dreamy....

We went to a wedding last weekend where every other woman with straight hair had done the Shirley Temple with curling tongs - oh dear (not a good look).

But in your case if its natural curl then go for it and it will look stunning. Have a demo night before the weekend and try lots of styles.

Going to a wedding- need a good hairstyle! Ideas?

Since you have a halter style dress %26amp; mid back length hair, I suggest you do something a little flirty, stylish but elegant. An updo style will also look nice but I prefer a hanging style.Click links to see my suggestions.

If your dress is backless, then you need to put your hair up to show off your gorgeous back.

How about a high pony-tail, pull a few curls loose around your face and maybe pin a few curls up on top for height.

So great to find a fellow curly haired girl who doesn't want to straighten out all her lovely locks.
